Return policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused items in their original packaging. For seller-related faults, return shipping costs are covered by us, while for customer-initiated returns, the customer covers return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Damaged items due to shipping will be replaced free of charge. To file a damage claim, purchasers must provide photos of the damaged item and an invoice within 7 days of receipt. We will file a claim with the carrier, who will arrange an inspection and retrieval of the item. Warranty claims will be processed within 3 business days, and credits issued within 30 days.
