Return policy

Sky Drones Inc. will accept returns of purchased products within 15 days of products being delivered, or from the date of pickup from a UFA store location. Should a return be requested, the costs associated with shipping the products to return to the Sky Drones Inc. warehouse will be the responsibility of the purchaser. A refund will be issued back in the original form of payment, once the return has been received by Sky Drones Inc. Returned merchandise must have all original packaging and be returned unused. Consumers purchasing an Agras drone must not activate the product. Activation of the client’s drone will result in the drone being exempt from the return policy. Once the merchandise has been deemed unused, the return will be tendered. Please contact Sky Drones Inc. directly if further clarification regarding the return policy is required.
