Return policy
Eligibility for Returns 1) A Return Authorization Number (R.A. #) must be issued by Grime Eater® Products Limited in order for a product to be returned. 2) The R.A. # must appear on the packing slip for a product being returned. If the product does not have an R.A. # assigned, it will not be accepted for return. 3) The product being returned must be unopened, free from damage, and show no evidence of tampering or it will be rejected. 4) The time limit for a return that will be fully credited is 90 days from date of invoice by Grime Eater® Products Limited. 5) A product that is returned between 90 and 180 days from the date of invoice by Grime Eater® Products Limited will be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. 6) A product that is past 180 days from the date of invoice by Grime Eater® Products Limited is not acceptable for return unless proven defective. 7) A product proven to be defective is guaranteed for one full year from the date of invoice and will be fully credited. 8) All authorized returns will be inspected and evaluated upon receipt to determine if a credit is applicable. 9) Grime Eater Products Limited will be responsible for shipping costs if the product is deemed defective. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer for all other returns.
